Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data safe?

Yes. We utilise state-of-the-art ISO 27001-compliant infrastructure, with all data stored in the UK and Europe. Our AI is proprietary, and no client data is stored within or used to train AI models. We can store data for you to use again, or remove it after use... Up to you.

Is this like eTrade or the networks?

No. InsurAssist can be used for any line of business with any carrier with whom you have a relationship. As long as you generate quotes via their portal, you can use InsurAssist to speed up the application process.

We're quite low volume, will it work for me?

Yes.  InsurAssist will bring about meaningful change to low-volume brokers and typically generates a positive ROI in just tens of quotes per month. 

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. We ask that you sign a 12-month contract. It has a minimum fee, but the vast majority of the system costs are usage-based, so you're not tied to large ongoing costs. 

Do I need to make back office system changes?

No, not at all. InsurAssist is a web browser-based solution, and we can integrate client data from any source. We can ingest voice calls, unstructured notes, emails, PAS exports and market submissions. The system is designed to “slot in”, not to enforce IT changes.
